If you’re looking
for a high quality package where you will be accommodated
in high quality 5 star hotels then this is the
package for you. Of course, you can book double
or triple occupancy rooms and all the rooms are
ensuite. The hotels that we use in Makkah and
Madinah are both very close to the harams and
are part of well known international chains. The
food provided at the hotels is of a high standard
and the variety is excellent.

We do not use government buses and our tents
in Mina are 5 minutes walking distance from the
Jamarat. The normal European tents are 45 minutes
walking distance from the Jamarat! Tea, coffee
and cold drinks are provided 24 hours in the tents
at Mina and Arafat as well as three meals a day. |

Booking
Procedure
- All applicants must complete a separate
booking form as fully as possible and
return it to us along with 4 passport
size photographs (white background)
DOWNLOAD
BOOKING FORM WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A deposit of £1,000 per person
must accompany the booking form which
is non-refundable.
- The following are also required and
will be requested by us when we are ready
to submit visa applications:
- Passport (Must be valid for at least
6 months on the date of travel. Non-European
Community (EC) passport holders must
have permanent residency and must have
entered the UK two months prior to applying.
Children who have been endorsed on their
parents’ passport will only be
granted a visa if a photo of the child
has also been endorsed on the passport
by the Passport Office.
- Passports bearing only single or
double-barrelled name eg. Abdul- Rahman,
Abdul-Haq etc…, are not acceptable.
These names are considered one name,
you must also have a surname
- 4 passport sized photographs
- A completed visa application form
(which will be sent to you)
- A valid meningitis (ACWY) immunisation
certificate
- A completed mahram relationship declaration
form (which will be sent to you)
- Full payment will be required by 1
November 2007
